Shipping policy
With us you always have the opportunity to FREE SHIPPING. Please note that retailers in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery times which may affect delivery times. Below is a list of the shipping methods that Herobility offers. Please note that in addition to the delivery times stated here in the terms and conditions, the time for handling at our warehouse is added with 1-3 days and (4-6 days during promotions and sales). During summer and Christmas, it can take up to 5 working days.
All times refer to weekdays on weekends.

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, including a tracking link. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for missing an order confirmation and delivery notification is that an incorrect email address was accidentally entered when placing the order. Please check your spam mail to be on the safe side.
Please remember to collect your parcel on time. If the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 15 €/$15 to cover fees and administrative costs.
Should a possible stock balance error occur and we are unable to deliver your complete order, we will deliver the items in stock and credit your account/invoice with the outstanding amount.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of all products due to price changes and stock situation. All delivery times quoted should be regarded as provisional.
For shipments outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by the shipment upon entry into the respective country, costs such as customs duties and payment of any VAT.
Payments
Each item is quoted at a price including VAT. The total price including VAT, any charges and discounts can be seen at the checkout. Ordering and paying via Herobility is safe and easy. We provide the following payment options in Sweden:
Klarna Invoice
If you do not want to pay directly by card or direct payment via Internet bank, you can choose invoice as a payment method.
Card payment
You can always feel safe when shopping at Herobility.com. We work with Stripe, one of the world's leading providers of online payment services, and accept payments by VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Stripe guarantees a fast and safe payment that takes place over a secure and encrypted connection, a so-called SSL-secured connection.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or via a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account. The recipient receives the money without seeing your credit card or bank account number.
